Rhapsody and Napster videos, music, exclusive interviews and more now available on Flipps
Today, Flipps announced a partnership with Rhapsody International, which operates under Rhapsody in the US and Napster internationally. Rhapsody is the premier streaming music service providing 1.7M music fans (and thousands more each day) with ad-free access to more than 32 million songs. Flipps viewers now have access to original video content from Rhapsody and Napster spanning hot new releases, exclusive interviews, and live performances from favorite artists.
Performances by artists include Jamestown Revival, The Cold and Lovely, Surfer Blood, G. Love and others featured on Rhapsody’s “Stripped Down by the River.” Additionally, Rhapsody’s “South Park Sessions” feature acoustic sets from artists such as Miguel, Mayer Hawthorne, Robert Ellis and Devil Makes Three. Find out what Chuck D says in his exclusive interview on Rhapsody TV about the need for supporting local artists and how “unfair the air” is or what Justin Moore says about how he gets through a hard day.
Rhapsody and Napster videos can now be streamed from the Flipps mobile app to any connected TV worldwide without the need for extra hardware, TV apps or setup.
Flipps uniquely enables Rhapsody to stream music to millions of connected TVs with virtually no technical resources. Unlike other set top box and dongle-reliant TV streaming solutions, Flipps makes video streaming simple and widely available. Streaming Rhapsody videos with Flipps is seamless and instant. Viewers with an Android or iOS device can simply download the Flipps mobile app and stream Rhapsody and Napster content to any connected TV screen. Flipps automatically discovers internet-connected TVs or media players in the home Wi-Fi network, so music fans can now enjoy watching their favorite artists on the big screen.
